OCR-IDMobile ANPR number plate reader for Local Police

A vehicle-mounted ANPR reader that detects stolen vehicles, expired MOT (ITV), uninsured vehicles and unauthorised LEZ access while the patrol is moving. Deployable on cars, motorbikes, drones and portable cases. No civil works or fixed installation.

01 · What it solves

ANPR reading
on the move.

Every OCR-ID reading is personal data and is treated as such: video, photo, GPS and timestamp make up the chain of custody, processing takes place in an ENS (Spanish National Security Framework) High data centre on Spanish soil, and the connection with the Local Police's official systems runs over the SARA network and SGAD.

Detections that patrols
could not make before.

Stolen and wanted vehicles

Automatic alert to the officer when passing a wanted vehicle. No need for manual checks or memorising number plates from bulletins.

Expired MOT (ITV) and uninsured

Systematic detection of administrative irregularities. Patrols that used to drive past offenders without knowing can now act on the spot.

LEZ and restricted area control

Mobile monitoring of compliance with Low Emission Zones, historic centres and pedestrian areas without the need for fixed cameras at every entrance.

Mass events with drones

Aerial coverage of demonstrations, concerts, sporting events and pilgrimages. Identification of vehicles in makeshift car parks.

One-off checkpoints with the portable case

Deployed in minutes at school entrances, street markets, nightclub exits or any sensitive event. No works or installation.

Rural patrols by motorbike

Access to narrow streets in the historic centre, industrial estates and rural tracks that patrol cars cannot reach. Full ANPR coverage on any route.
