This legal notice governs the use of the website labraxsoluciones.com (hereinafter, the "Website"), owned by Labrax Soluciones, S.L. (hereinafter, "Labrax"), a company that develops software for public administrations, security forces and emergency services.

Accessing and using the Website confers the status of user (hereinafter, "User") and implies full and unreserved acceptance of the provisions of this Legal Notice, as well as of the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

3. Terms of use

The User undertakes to make appropriate use of the content and services offered through the Website and agrees not to use them to:

• Engage in unlawful or illegal activities or activities contrary to good faith and public order.
• Disseminate content or propaganda of a racist, xenophobic or pornographic nature, that condones terrorism or that infringes human rights.
• Cause damage to the physical and logical systems of Labrax, its suppliers or third parties.
• Introduce or spread computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems liable to cause damage on the network.
• Attempt to access, use or manipulate the data of Labrax, third-party suppliers or other users.
• Reproduce, copy, distribute, make publicly available by any form of public communication, transform or modify the content, unless authorised by the owner.

All content on the Website, including but not limited to texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, links and other audiovisual or sound content, as well as its graphic design and source code, is the intellectual property of Labrax or of third parties, and none of the exploitation rights recognised by current intellectual property legislation over them may be deemed to have been assigned to the User.

Trade marks, trade names and distinctive signs belong to Labrax or, where applicable, to third parties, and access to the Website shall not be understood to confer any right over the said trade marks, trade names and/or distinctive signs. In particular, the Labrax trade mark is owned by Labrax Soluciones, S.L.

Labrax does not guarantee the availability and continuity of operation of the Website. Where reasonably possible, Labrax will give prior warning of interruptions to the operation of the Website.

Nor does Labrax guarantee the usefulness of the Website for carrying out any particular activity, or that it is infallible and, in particular, though not exclusively, that Users will be able to use the Website effectively or access the various web pages that make up the Website or those from which services are provided.

Labrax excludes all liability for loss and damage of any kind that may arise from the lack of availability or continuity of operation of the Website and the services enabled on it, as well as from errors in accessing the various web pages from which its services are provided.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

The relationship between Labrax and the User shall be governed by current Spanish legislation. All disputes and claims arising from this Legal Notice shall be settled by the Courts and Tribunals of A Coruña (Spain), unless the applicable law provides for another mandatory jurisdiction.

Where the User is a consumer, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the consumer's place of residence.
