Drone-ID 360AI drone fleet management

Manage your DJI drone fleet centrally, auditably and in line with regulations: pilot identification before every flight, telemetry logging and SORA 2.5 assessment (RD 517/2024). On top of that core, switch on the AI modules you need to process drone video: number plates, road surfaces, graffiti and solar panels.

01 · The core

Every flight identified
and auditable.

Drone-ID 360 does not replace DJI Pilot 2: the pilot flies exactly as before. What it adds is control. Before take-off, the drone requires the pilot to identify themselves; during the flight, it logs everything; and on landing, full traceability is available for AESA audits. The core is always there, whatever the sector.

01
Pilot identification
When the controller is switched on, the drone asks for identification (NFC + PIN). Until there are valid credentials and a current AESA licence, the drone will not fly. It is a real lock (MSDK V5), not a warning.
02
Flight logging
While the pilot flies with DJI Pilot 2, the platform captures telemetry in the background: GPS position, altitude, battery, photos and events. Everything reaches the control centre in real time.
03
Native SORA 2.5
Automates the operational risk assessment required by RD 517/2024 for the specific category. Generates the signed documentation package and passes AESA inspections without rebuilding operations on paper.
04
ENS High and RBAC
Least-privilege roles and segregation of duties, immutable auditing and isolation between customers. Sovereign cloud with ENS High certification or the customer's own data centre.
02 · AI module catalogue

One core, the modules
each customer needs.

Four operational modules and four more available on demand. Each one declares its minimum confidence and is enabled per mission: the organisation subscribes to the ones it needs and the person in charge decides when to apply them.

Number plates (ALPR)

Real-time number plate reading on drone video, cross-checked against the operation's hotlists, with an immediate alert when a match is detected. Useful for surveillance and pursuits.

Road surface

Detection of potholes, cracks and road deterioration. Live alerts to maintenance for critical cases and an inventory report after the flight, with sub-metre coordinates (RTK).

Graffiti

Identifies graffiti and urban vandalism, distinguishes authorised art (geofences) from vandalism and compares with previous flights so that only new graffiti is flagged.

Solar

Census of rooftop photovoltaic panels from orthomosaics (post-flight): polygon, orientation, tilt and estimated number of panels, cross-checked against official declarations.

Crops On demand

Agronomic analysis using vigour indices (NDVI), water stress and low-yield areas. Post-flight, with a multispectral camera.

Swimming pools On demand

Swimming pool detection for cadastral cross-checking and control of declarations: property tax (IBI), fees and authorisations. Post-flight, checked against the cadastre.

Urban planning On demand

Unlicensed building work, changes of use, extensions and planning enforcement, detected by comparing flights over time.

Forestry On demand

Tree stock inventory, detection of pests and drought, and fire risk assessment using vegetation health indices.

Several modules per mission

A single flight can carry several modules at once (e.g. number plates + road surface + graffiti), generating separate reports for each department responsible.

Open catalogue

Each module complies with a standard API and is added without touching the core. The catalogue keeps growing: abandoned vehicles, full bins, electrical thermography, roofs in poor condition, antennas, holiday lets and more.

The full cycle

From mission to report,
no paper and no loose ends.

Drone-ID 360 covers the whole journey: the mission is planned, the pilot is identified, the flight captures data and it ends with the log and report generated automatically. It never interferes with DJI Pilot 2 during the flight.

01
Mission
The person in charge creates the mission at headquarters: zone, assigned pilot and drone, AI modules to enable and a SORA study if the category requires one.
02
Identification
The pilot switches on the controller and identifies themselves with an NFC card and PIN. The system validates the AESA licence, category and drone assignment in under 3 seconds. Without valid identification, the drone will not fly.
03
Flight with data
The SDK is released and the pilot flies with DJI Pilot 2. In parallel, the case captures telemetry in real time and the modules process the drone video.
04
Post-flight: logging
On landing, the flight log is generated automatically with the full route, photos, consumption and the drone's actual events. The pilot confirms the outcome and any incidents.
05
Report and auditable close
One click generates the flight report as a signed PDF with a SHA-256 hash, ready for the supervisor, AESA or a police report. Everything syncs to headquarters with chain of custody.
Exception Emergency mode

In urgent operations the order is reversed: the pilot activates emergency mode, flies immediately and documents afterwards. Access is logged with a mandatory justification —reason, authorising supervisor and case file— and triggers an immediate alert to the Head of Unit and the Compliance Officer. Traceability remains intact: act first, fill in the information afterwards, without breaking the chain of custody.

In operation

The pilot flies,
the platform records.

While the pilot flies with DJI Pilot 2, Drone-ID 360 works in the background: telemetry reaches the control centre live and every flight is archived with its signed SORA checklist.

The log and the SORA checklist

Every flight is archived with its duration and pilot, and the SORA 2.5 checklist is completed and signed before take-off.

03 · Use cases

Multi-sector,
depending on the modules.

Law enforcement and security forces

Surveillance, event control and air support, with pilot identification, SORA and the number plate module. Video chain of custody (hash) for court reports.

City Councils and provincial councils

Road surface inventory, graffiti control and photovoltaic census in a single flight. One drone and one pilot delivering value to several departments.

Infrastructure and civil operators

Road and critical infrastructure operators, electricity distributors and professional UAS operators that need operational traceability and AESA compliance.

04 · Compliance and architecture

Compliant with
drone regulations.

Drone-ID 360 is designed around the Spanish and European UAS regulatory framework, with AI processing at the edge inside the tactical case and a core that integrates with official systems where applicable.

Frequently asked questions

What we're
usually asked.

Does Drone-ID 360 replace DJI Pilot 2?

No. The pilot still flies with DJI Pilot 2, the manufacturer's official app. Drone-ID 360 only runs the blocking login when the remote controller starts up; once authenticated, it releases the SDK and moves to the background, capturing telemetry. It does not touch drone control during the flight.

Is the flight lock real or just a deterrent?

It is a real lock via DJI's Mobile SDK V5. Without valid pilot identification, the drone will not take off. It is not a warning.

Which AI modules does the catalogue include?

Operational today: ALPR, Road Surface, Graffiti and Solar. On demand: Crops, Swimming Pools, Urban Planning and Forestry. The catalogue is open and growing, and modules are enabled per mission, not per customer: a single flight can carry several at once.

Does it comply with RD 517/2024 and the SORA methodology?

Yes. A native SORA 2.5 engine that automates the 10 JARUS steps and generates a package of 8 signed PDFs, plus assisted communication with the Ministry of the Interior Register where applicable.

Does it do facial recognition of people?

No. The modules do not include biometrics. Number plates, potholes, graffiti and solar panels are processed, never faces.

Does it work without coverage?

Yes. AI processing happens at the edge, on the mini PC in the case. In offline mode the pilot can be authorised for up to 3 flights using the local cache, and everything syncs once the connection is restored.

Is it available in other languages?

Yes. The interface is available in Spanish, English, French and Portuguese, among others, and each operator can work in their own language. The platform is ready to be deployed outside Spain, adapting role naming and regulatory frameworks to each customer's country.
